NIT Students Win Awards in National College Students’ Market Research and Analysis Competition

On May 29, 2016, NIT students won the second prize and the third prize in the Sixth National College Students Market Research and Analysis Competition. It is the first time that students of the School of Law & Management have participated in the competition.

The team of Zhang Jingjing, Zheng Xiaodan, Chen Huifei, Huang Yin and Wang Jiali won the Second Prize for their project “Affective factors and Intentions of Organ Donation”, and the team of Gu Lujie, Teng Mengqin, Cao Shanshan, Chen Jingjing and Zu Lifeng won the Third Prize for their project “Research on motivations and behaviors of being a volunteer in in the context of advocating civilization in cities”.
The competition, co-sponsored by Teaching Steering Committee (Statistic Branch), Ministry of Education of China and Commercial Statistics Society of China, aims to improve the statistical and analytical ability of college students from mainland China and Taiwan. There were altogether 19089 students attending the competition and 864 competitors were qualified for the final.
Our teams were awarded the second prize and the third prize under the guidance of Professor Zhou and Shu.
